General Terms and Conditions

General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Multilingual Talent Solutions d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) and a natural person (hereinafter: the Candidate) with regard to paid professional consulting services: career coaching, job interview preparation, CV/LinkedIn profile consulting, mock interviews and related advisory activities.

Within these Terms, “the Client” refers to a legal person (the Company’s client in the B2B segment) with which the Company enters into agreements on employment agency services and which makes hiring decisions.

2. Services

The Company provides employment agency services to its Clients in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In addition, the Company offers advisory services to Candidates who voluntarily and independently choose to use them. Advisory services are intended exclusively for Candidates and are entirely separate from employment agency services, which are contracted solely with Clients.

Prices and payment for services

  • Fees for agency services are agreed upon and charged exclusively to the Client pursuant to a separately concluded agreement.
  • Candidates bear no costs for employment agency services.
  • Advisory services are charged according to the accepted quotation delivered by the Company to the Candidate.
  • Payment for advisory services is effected in advance, by a transfer to the Company’s business account.
  • In the event of delayed payment, the Company may suspend the provision of services until all obligations are settled.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Should the Candidate fail to attend a scheduled appointment, the payment is non-refundable and the appointment is considered used.
  • Should the Company cancel for legitimate reasons, it shall offer an alternative appointment or a payment refund.

Nature of service and liability

By participating in consultations, interview training, CV analysis and other services provided by the Company, the Candidate acknowledges that these services do not constitute a guarantee of employment on the labour market. The Company is not liable for any damages that may arise as a result of unmet expectations of the Candidate, missed opportunities, or actions of third parties.

Availability and accuracy of information

The Company endeavours to provide Candidates with accurate, up-to-date and useful information but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times. The information and recommendations provided by the Company do not constitute binding instructions or a guarantee of employment, conclusion of an employment relationship, career advancement or achievement of specific results; they only represent personal opinion and advisory support. The Candidate is solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act on them.

Amendments, governing law, jurisdiction and language; entry into force

The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on its website. The law of the Republic of Croatia shall apply; jurisdiction lies with the courts of Zagreb. In case of discrepancy between the translated versions of these General Terms and the original Croatian text, the Croatian version shall prevail. These Terms shall enter into force on the date of publication on the Company’s official website.
